More on what to do with my 8 days vacation there where I had the chance to be a part of their traditional feast.
The Fiesta in Lubang, Mindoro
It’s the greatest time to go there during fiesta season in Sitio Libis. Good thing I had the chance to have a vacation and witness their annual feast through my friend Mark Legaspi, who is a local.
Their fiesta event is on Apr 28 – May 1. And what’s interesting here is that even OFW’s go back home to their hometown during this time.
So here are some of the fiesta events in that certain Sitio Libis in Isla de Cabra and other activities in that whole island that I have witnessed and experienced also which you may want it also.
- Coronation Night
– There is a 3 queens in this event which they’ll have some form of like fund-raising for each queen, whoever gets the highest amount will be crowned as the queen of Fiesta.
